This is a high speed glazed roll forming machine produced by our company for a customer in Guatemala. This customer customized three high speed forming machines in our company. In addition to the high speed glazed roof tile making machine， there is also a high speed ibr roll forming machine and a high speed corrugated roof tile machine.
The above drawing is the workflow about it. After decoiling, the color steel plate enters the main roll forming machine from the guide feeding device for many rolls forming. There is a set of step-formed device to formed the steps. The automatic cutting system will cut according to the set parameters, and the final shaped color steel plate will be placed by the automatic stacker.
